皮肤肿瘤的发病率较高，且局部侵袭性强，临床治疗和长期预后存在挑战。姜黄素可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移、抑制血管形成、抑制肿瘤恶性行为、抑制肿瘤相关慢性炎症反应、减轻免疫抑制、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、协同增强抗肿瘤活性发挥治疗皮肤肿瘤的药理作用。总结了姜黄素防治皮肤肿瘤的药理作用研究进展，为姜黄素防治皮肤肿瘤的临床研究提供参考。

The incidence rate of skin tumors is high and the local invasion is strong. Its clinical treatment and long-term prognosis are challenging. Curcumin can exert pharmacological effects in treatment of skin tumors by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, suppressing tumor invasion and metastasis, hindering angiogenesis, restraining malignant behavior, suppressing tumor-related chronic inflammation, reducing immune suppression, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, and synergistically enhancing antitumor activity. This article summarizes the research progress on pharmacological effects of curcumin in prevention and treatment of skin tumors, providing reference for clinical research on curcumin in prevention and treatment of skin tumors.
