目的 探讨伤科接骨片联合鲑降钙素注射液治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取唐山弘慈医院在2023年5月—2025年10月收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者共计96例，以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组48例。对照组患者静脉滴注鲑降钙素注射液，2支/次，1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上温开水送服伤科接骨片，4片/次，3次/d。两组在完成12周治疗统计疗效。比较两组患者的治疗效果、髋关节功能、疼痛程度和血清指标。结果 对照组总有效率为79.17%，治疗组总有效率为93.75%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的髋关节功能（Harris）评分升高，视觉模拟法（VAS）评分降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的Harris评分高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的血清肿瘤坏子因子-α（TNF-α）水平降低，血清骨形态发生蛋白-2（BMP2）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的血清TNF-α水平低于对照组，血清BMP2、IL-10水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 伤科接骨片联合鲑降钙素注射液可提高股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果，改善髋关节功能，减轻疼痛程度和炎症微环境。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with Calcitonin (Salmon) Injection in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods 96 Patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur admitted to Tangshan Hongci Hospital from May 2023 to October 2025 were divided into control group and a treatment group using a random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group of patients received intravenous infusion of Calcitonin (Salmon) Injection, 2 tubes/time, once daily. The treatment group received oral administration of Shangke Jiegu Tablets with warm boiled water on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, 3 times daily. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks and the efficacy was recorded. The treatment efficacy, hip joint function, pain level, and serum indicators were compared between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 79.17%, and that of the treatment group was 93.75%, with significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Harris scores increased and VAS scores decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the Harris score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, while the VAS score was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) decreased in two groups, while the serum levels of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) increased (P< 0.05). And the serum levels of TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the serum levels of BMP2 and IL-10 were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shangke Jiegu Tablets and Calcitonin (Salmon) Injection can improve the treatment effect of intertrochanteric fractures of femur, alleviate hip joint function, and reduce pain and the inflammatory microenvironment.
