疼痛是全球范围内导致人类痛苦和残疾的主要健康问题之一。药物治疗仍然是疼痛治疗的主要方法。硫酸镁作为生理性钙拮抗剂和N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体阻断剂，可用于治疗偏头痛、肾绞痛、术后疼痛、难治性三叉神经痛、带状疱疹后神经痛、复杂区域疼痛综合征等疼痛。总结了硫酸镁治疗疼痛的研究进展，以期为硫酸镁治疗疼痛的临床应用提供参考。

Pain is one of the major health issues causing human suffering and disability worldwide. Drug therapy remains the main method for pain treatment. Magnesium sulfate, as a physiological calcium antagonist and N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor blocker, can be used to treat pain such as migraine, renal colic, postoperative pain, refractory trigeminal neuralgia, postherpetic neuralgia, and complex regional pain syndrome. This article summarizes the research progress of magnesium sulfate in treatment of pain, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of magnesium sulfate in treatment of pain.
