胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病及其相关并发症的重要病理机制之一。雷公藤甲素为雷公藤中分离得到的二萜内酯类成分,其改善胰岛素抵抗的作用机制涉及抗炎作用、改善氧化应激、改善脂代谢、调节免疫功能、调节糖代谢和减轻内质网应激。总结了雷公藤甲素改善胰岛素抵抗的药理作用及其分子机制的研究进展,为雷公藤甲素的药理深度开发和胰岛素抵抗相关代谢性疾病的防治提供了参考。

Insulin resistance is one of the key pathological mechanisms underlying type 2 diabetes and its related complications. Triptolide, a diterpenoid lactone isolated from Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma exerts its effect on improving insulin resistance through mechanisms involving anti-inflammatory effects, alleviation of oxidative stress, improvement of lipid metabolism, regulation of immune function, modulation of glucose metabolism, and reduction of endoplasmic reticulum stress. This article summarizes the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of triptolide in ameliorating insulin resistance, providing insights for the in-depth pharmacological development of triptolide and the prevention and treatment of metabolic disorders associated with insulin resistance.
