目的 探讨2023—2025年上海市闵行区古美社区卫生服务中心消化系统药使用情况和趋势，为临床合理应用及规范化管理提供参考依据。方法 对2023年1月1日—2025年12月31日上海市闵行区古美社区卫生服务中心消化系统药的应用品种、用药频度（DDDs）及限定日费用（DDC）进行统计与分析。结果 2023—2025年使用的消化系统药包括微生态药物、泻药、保肝药、质子泵抑制剂、助消化药、抗酸药、促胃肠动力药、中成药等14亚类，销售金额呈逐年上升的趋势，在销售金额及构成比中，微生态药物、泻药这2类药物所占比例排名前2位。2023—2025年DDDs排名前35位的消化系统药总DDDs呈逐年增长的趋势，主要是微生态药物、其次是质子泵抑制剂和泻药，微生态药物双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊、泻药开塞露居DDDs首位。荜铃胃痛颗粒、复方聚乙二醇电解质散（Ⅲ）DDC居首位。乳果糖口服溶液及胃复春胶囊B/A均小于0.5；其余基本接近1.00。结论 2023—2025年消化系统药的使用量和销售金额均呈现逐年增长的趋势，药品价格呈下降的趋势，药品使用消耗情况基本符合国家政策要求趋势及社区医院治疗的实际需求，社区老年人多，应警惕潜在用药风险。

Objective To investigate the usage and trend of digestive system medications in Guemei Community Health Center of Minhang District, Shanghai from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025, in order to provide a reference basis for clinical rational application and standardized management. Methods The application varieties, DDDs, and DDC of digestive system drugs in the Guemei Community Health Service Center of Minhang District, Shanghai from 2023 to 2025 were statistically analyzed. Results The digestive system drugs used from 2023 to 2025 include 14 subcategories such as microecological drugs, laxatives, liver-protecting drugs, proton pump inhibitors, digestive aids, antacids, gastrointestinal motility promoters, and traditional Chinese medicines. The sales amount showed an upward trend year by year. Among the sales amount and composition ratio, the proportions of microecological drugs and laxatives ranked the top 2. The top 35 digestive system drugs in terms of DDDs from 2023 to 2025 showed a year-on-year increase in total DDDs, mainly due to microecological drugs, followed by proton pump inhibitors and laxatives. Bifidobacterium Tricell Capsules and Kaisheolu ranked first in DDDs. Biling Weitong Granules and Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder (Ⅲ) DDC ranked first. Lactulose Oral Solution and Weifuchun Capsules had B/A values less than 0.5, the rest were basically close to 1.00. Conclusion From 2023 to 2025, the usage volume and sales amount of digestive system drugs showed a year-on-year growth trend, while the drug prices decreased. The drug usage consumption situation basically conformed to the trend required by national policies and the actual needs of community hospital treatment. There are many elderly people in the community, so potential medication risks should be vigilant.
