目的 评价固本明目颗粒与聚乙烯醇滴眼液协同治疗白内障术后干眼症的有效性。方法 纳入2024年3月—2025年6月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院就诊的白内障术后干眼症患者110例，依据随机信封抽签法均分为对照组和治疗组，每组各55例。对照组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液，1滴/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服固本明目颗粒，5 g/次，3次/d。两组患者治疗8周。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状的改善情况，眼表功能指标泪液分泌测试（SIt）值、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）和角膜荧光素染色（FL）评分，及血清炎症因子白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-6、IL-33和IL-20水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（94.55% vs 81.82%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者干燥、疲劳、烧灼感、眼睛发痒消退时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组SIt值和BUT较基线显著提升，FL评分同步下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组眼表功能参数改善幅度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-33和IL-20水平均较基线显著下调（P＜0.05），且治疗组各指标降幅均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 固本明目颗粒协同聚乙烯醇滴眼液可显著提升白内障术后干眼症的干预效果，加速临床症状的恢复，改善眼表功能，抑制机体炎症反应，不良反应少。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guben Mingmu Granules combined with Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops in treatment of dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery. Methods Patients (110 cases) with postoperative dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery from March 2024 to June 2025 were divided into control and treatment group by random envelope drawing method, and each group had 55 cases. Patients in control group were administered with Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops, 1 drop/time, three times daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Guben Mingmu Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the clinical symptom resolution time, ocular surface function indicators Sit value, BUT and FL scores, and the serum inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, IL-33 and IL-20 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (94.55% vs 81.82%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the duration of symptoms such as dryness, fatigue, burning sensation and itchy eyes in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SIt value and BUT value in two groups were significantly improved compared with baseline, and the FL score was decreased simultaneously (P < 0.05). The improvement in ocular surface function parameters in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-33 and IL-20 concentrations in two groups were significantly reduced compared with baseline (P < 0.05), and the reductions of each indicator in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Guben Mingmu Granules and Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops can effectively treat dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery, accelerate the recovery of clinical symptoms, improve ocular surface function, inhibit systemic inflammatory responses, and cause fewer adverse reactions.
