目的 探讨孕康颗粒联合地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年2月—2025年2月衡水市第二人民医院收治的128例复发性流产患者，患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组64例。对照组患者口服地屈孕酮片，1片次/，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服孕康颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。两组的疗程为12周。比较两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、血清指标。结果 对照组的治愈率为84.38%，治疗组的治愈率为95.31%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者下腹不适、腰酸坠痛、阴道出血消失时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）、孕激素（P）水平显著升高，血清泌乳素（PRL）水平显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的血清β-HCG、P水平高于对照组，血清PRL水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的血清白细胞介素（IL）-17、IL-2、可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶1（sFlt-1）水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗后血清IL-17、IL-2、sFlt-1水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 孕康颗粒联合地屈孕酮片可提高复发性流产的疗效，减轻临床症状，调节孕激素分泌，降低炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yunkang Granules combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in treatment of recurrent miscarriage. Methods 128 Patients with recurrent miscarriage admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Hengshui from February 2023 to February 2025 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group patients were orally administered with Dexmedetomidine Tablets, 1 tablets/time, twice daily. The treatment group was orally administered with Yunkang Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, 3 times daily. The treatment course for two groups was 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The cure rate of the control group was 84.38%, while the cure rate of the treatment group was 95.31%, with a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance times of lower abdominal discomfort, lower abdominal pain, and vaginal bleeding in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and progesterone (P) significantly increased in two groups, while the serum level of prolactin (PRL) significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of β-HCG and P in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, while the serum level of PRL was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin-17 (IL), IL-2, and soluble fms like tyrosine kinase 1 (sFlt-1) in two groups of patients were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-17, IL-2, and sFlt-1 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yunkang Granules combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets can improve the efficacy for recurrent miscarriage, alleviate symptoms, regulate progesterone secretion, and reduce inflammatory reactions.
