目的 探讨麝香通心滴丸联合注射用环磷腺苷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年南阳南石医院150例冠心病心绞痛患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各75例。对照组静脉滴注注射用环磷腺苷，40 mg注射用环磷腺苷溶于5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL中，每日1次。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服麝香通心滴丸，每日3次，每次2丸。两组治疗共计15 d。结束后，比较两组治疗后的疗效、心绞痛症状缓解情况和心功能各项指标。结果 治疗后，对照组总有效率81.33%，治疗组总有效率93.33%，治疗组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组心绞痛每周发作次数和持续时间均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05）；且治疗组均较对照组显著更低（P＜0.05）。治疗结束后，两组左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心输出量（CO）和心脏指数（CI）均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05）；且治疗组LVEF、SV、CO和CI均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 麝香通心滴丸联合注射用环磷腺苷治疗冠心病心绞痛患者整体上具有良好的疗效，不仅能显著改善患者的临床不适症状，还能显著改善心功能各项指标，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with adenosine cyclophosphate in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from Nanyang Nanshi Hospital in 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given intravenous infusion of Adenosine Cyclophosphate for injection, 40 mg of Adenosine Cyclophosphate for injection dissolved in 250 mL of 5% glucose solution, once a day. Patients in treatment group were given Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills orally on the basis of control group, 3 times a day, 2 pills each time. The treatment lasted for a total of 15 d. After treatment, the efficacy, the relief of angina pectoris symptoms and various indicators of cardiac function of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of control group was 81.33%, while that of treatment group was 93.33%, treatment group showed a significantly higher rate than control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the weekly frequency and duration of angina pectoris in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). And treatment group was significantly lower than control group in all cases (P < 0.05). After treatment, LVEF, SV, CO, and CI of both groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). And LVEF, SV, CO, and CI of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills and Adenosine Cyclophosphate for injection in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has an overall good therapeutic effect, not only significantly improves the clinical discomfort symptoms of patients, but also significantly improves various indicators of cardiac function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
