目的 探讨琥珀抱龙丸联合硫必利治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年9月—2024年9月在河北省中医院治疗的抽动障碍患儿100例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组口服盐酸硫必利片，初始剂量为50 mg/次，2次/d，根据患儿耐受情况，逐渐增至100～150 mg/次，2次/d。在对照组基础上，治疗组口服琥珀抱龙丸，1丸/次，2次/d。两组患儿疗程12周。观察两组患儿临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患儿耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）、百项心理症状问卷（PSI-100）、儿童少年生活质量量表（QLSCA）评分和中医症状积分，及血清S100β蛋白、沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1（Sirt1）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为92.00%，明显高于对照组（76.00%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组YGTSS各项评分、PSI-100评分和中医症状积分显著降低，而QLSCA评分则显著增加（P＜0.05），且治疗组评分比对照组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清S100β蛋白和IL-6水平显著下降，而血清Sirt1水平显著上升（P＜0.05），且治疗组血清水平明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 琥珀抱龙丸联合硫必利治疗儿童抽动障碍疗效确切，安全性较好，不仅可显著减轻患儿抽动症状，改善患儿心理状态与生活质量，还能有效抑制炎症，修复神经损伤。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Hupo Baolong Pills combined with thiamethasone in treatment of tourette syndrome in children. Methods Children (100 cases) with tourette syndrome in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 50 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets, the initial dose was 50 mg/time, twice daily, and which was gradually increased to 100 — 150 mg/time based on the child′s tolerance, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Hupo Baolong Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the scores of YGTSS, PSI-100, QLSCA and TCM symptom scores, and the serum S100 β protein, Sirt1, and IL-6 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the YGTSS scores, PSI-100 scores and TCM symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased, while the QLSCA score was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were improved more significantly than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum S100β protein and IL-6 levels were significantly decreased in two groups, while serum Sirt1 levels were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Hupo Baolong Pills and tiapride has a definite therapeutic effect and good safety in the treatment of tic disorders in children, which not only can significantly alleviate the tic symptoms, improve their psychological state and quality of life, but can also effectively inhibit inflammation, repair nerve damage.
