[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC法测定北葶苈子中多指标成分含量,采用化学计量学、熵权优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)模型评价不同产地北葶苈子的质量。方法 采用HPLC法测定16批不同产地北葶苈子中芥子酸、1,2-二芥子酰龙胆二糖苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素、黑芥子苷、白芥子硫苷、β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷,并检测总灰分和酸不溶性灰分。采用化学计量学对北葶苈子进行分类,并筛选质量差异因子;采用熵权法计算各指标的权重,建立TOPSIS模型评价16批北葶苈子质量。结果 不同产地北葶苈子中各指标差异较大;16批北葶苈子样品聚为3类,对质量差异影响程度依次为白芥子硫苷、紫云英苷、黑芥子苷、槲皮素、β-谷甾醇和芥子酸。辽宁、河北省产北葶苈子的样品位于排名前5位,质量最优。结论 建立的方法客观科学,为北葶苈子的全面质量控制和评价提供参考。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an HPLC method for multi-index component content in Lepidii Semen, and evaluate the quality of Lepidii Semen from different producing areas using chemometrics analysis and the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model. Methods HPLC method was used to detect sinapic acid, 1,2-disinapoylgentiobiose, astragalin, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, allylglucosinolate, allylsinigrin, β-sitosterol, and carotene glucoside in 16 batches of different origins of Lepidii Semen. The total ash content and acid insoluble ash content were also detected. Samples were classified using chemometrics, quality difference factors were screened, entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight of each index, and TOPSIS model was established to evaluate the quality of 16 batches of samples. Results There were significant differences in various indicators among Lepidii Semen from different producing areas. The 16 batches of Lepidii Semen samples were divided into three categories, and the degree of influence on quality differences was in the following order: allylsinigrin, astragalin, allylglucosinolate, quercetin, β-sitosterol, and sinapic acid. Lepidii Semen samples from Liaoning Province and Hebei Province were ranked in the top 5, with the best quality. Conclusion The established method is objective and scientific, providing a reference for the comprehensive quality control and evaluation of Lepidii Semen.
