目的 探讨四磨汤口服液联合复方胰酶散治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 纳入2022年3月—2024年3月保定市妇幼保健院收治的功能性消化不良患儿88例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各44例。对照组口服复方胰酶散，3岁≤年龄＜4岁患儿1袋/次，4岁≤年龄＜6岁患儿1.5袋/次，6岁≤年龄≤12岁患儿2袋/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组用药基础上餐后口服四磨汤口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。两组患儿疗程均2周。观察两组患儿临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患儿餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹部疼痛评分、少儿心理健康量表（MHS-CA）和儿童生活质量普适性核心评定量表4.0（PedsQL 4.0）评分，胃半排空时间和血清降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）、胃动素（MTL）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（95.45% vs 81.82%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹部疼痛评分比治疗前显著降低，而两组MHS-CA、PedsQL 4.0评分均较治疗前明显增加（P＜0.05），且治疗组患儿评分明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组胃半排空时间和血清CGRP、MCP-1、IL-6水平比治疗前明显降低，而血清MTL水平明显提高（P＜0.05），且治疗组这些指标改善幅度均比对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。结论 四磨汤口服液联合复方胰酶散治疗小儿功能性消化不良安全性良好，能有效促进胃排空，减轻患儿消化不良症状，利于其身心健康和生活质量改善，在抑制胃肠激素紊乱和胃肠道炎症损害方面具有较佳效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Compound Pancreatin Powder in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia. Methods Children (88 cases) with functional dyspepsia in Baoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into control and treatment group according to the random number table method, and each group had 44 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Compound Pancreatin Powder, children aged 3 years and above but under 4 years 1 bag/time, children aged 4 years and above but under 6 years 1.5 bags/time, children aged 6 years and up to 12 years 2 bags/time, 3 times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Simotang Oral Liquid after meals on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and post-meal fullness score, early satiety score, and upper abdominal pain score, MHS-CA and PedsQL 4.0, the gastric semi-emptying time and serum levels of CGRP, MTL, MCP-1 and IL-6 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.45% vs 81.82%, P < 0.05). After treatment, post-meal fullness score, early satiety score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the scores of MHS-CA and PedsQL4.0 were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, gastric semi-emptying time and serum CGRP, MCP-1, IL-6 levels in two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment, while serum MTL levels were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the improvement of these indicators in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Compound Pancreatin Powder is safe in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children, which can effectively promote gastric emptying, reduce the symptoms of dyspepsia in children, improve their physical and mental health and quality of life, and has a better effect in inhibiting gastrointestinal hormone disorder and gastrointestinal inflammatory damage.
