脑出血是全球致死致残的主要病因,发病机制复杂。黄芩苷是黄芩中的主要活性成分,可通过减轻神经炎症反应、减轻氧化应激反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡、纠正抑制性氨基酸γ-氨基丁酸系统失衡、保护血脑屏障的完整性治疗脑出血。总结了黄芩苷治疗脑出血的药理作用研究进展,为黄芩苷的临床应用提供支持。

Cerebral hemorrhage is the main cause of death and disability worldwide, with a complex pathogenesis. Baicalin is the main active ingredient in Scutellariae Radix, and can treat cerebral hemorrhage by reducing neuroinflammatory reactions, alleviating oxidative stress reactions, inhibiting neuronal apoptosis, correcting imbalances of inhibitory amino acid gamma aminobutyric acid system, and protecting the integrity of the blood - brain barrier. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of baicalin in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, providing support for the clinical application of baicalin.
