益母草碱是益母草中特有的生物碱，具有多种生物学功能，对多个脏器均有不同的作用。益母草碱具有抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗纤维化、抗细胞凋亡、调节代谢、调节血管、调节自噬的药理作用，用于心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、类风湿性关节炎、骨代谢疾病和代谢类疾病。总结了益母草碱的药理作用和临床应用研究进展，为益母草碱在临床治疗中的应用提供更多依据。

Leonurine, a specific alkaloid isolated from Leonuri Herba, has multiple biological functions and different effects on multiple organs. Leonurine have pharmacological effects of antioxidant stress, anti-inflammation, anti-fibrosis, anti-apoptosis, regulating metabolism, regulating blood vessels, and regulating autophagy. It is used for cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, bone metabolism diseases, and metabolic diseases. This article summarizes research progress of the pharmacological effects and clinical application of leonurine, providing more basis for the application of leonurine in clinical treatment.
