白血病是造血系统中最常见的恶性克隆性疾病,已成为威胁全球人类健康的重大疾病。中药萜类化合物为广泛存在的天然异戊二烯代谢产物,具有显著生物活性。中药萜类化合物抗白血病作用主要通过调控多种信号通路诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞增殖、细胞性铁死亡和促进细胞分化等关键机制实现。总结了中药萜类化合物抗白血病的药理作用研究进展,旨在为中药治疗白血病提供依据和研究方向。

Leukemia is the most common malignant clonal disease in the hematopoietic system, and has become a major disease threatening global human health. Traditional Chinese medicine terpenoids are widely natural isoprene metabolites, with significant biological activity. The anti-leukemia effect of traditional Chinese medicine terpenoids is mainly achieved through key mechanisms, such as regulating multiple signaling pathways to induce cell apoptosis, inhibit cell proliferation, induce ferroptosis, and promote cell differentiation. This article summarizes the research progress on the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine terpenoids on leukemia, aiming to provide a basis and research direction for treatment of leukemia with traditional Chinese medicine.
