目的 探讨复明片联合地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月在青海红十字医院治疗的108例白内障术后干眼症患者，利用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（52例）和治疗组（56例）。对照组给予地夸磷索钠滴眼液，1滴/次，6次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服复明片，5片/次，3次/d。两组患者连续用药30 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状缓解时间，泪液分泌测试（SIT）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（FL）评分，泪液炎症细胞因子白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6），及视功能相关生命质量量表（NEI-VFQ-25）评分。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的总有效率为96.43%，明显高于对照组的84.61%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗后，两组SIT和BUT均显著提高，且FL评分显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组患者上述指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组泪液中IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6的浓度均降低（P＜0.05），并且治疗组泪液炎症细胞因子浓度显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组NEI-VFQ-25评分中GH、GV、OP、NV、DV、SF、MH、RD、Dep、Dri评分均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 复明片联合地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症具有显著疗效，能够有效缓解临床症状，改善泪液分泌、泪膜稳定性，降低泪液炎症因子水平，提高视功能相关生命质量，且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuming Tablets combined with Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops in treatment of post-cataract surgery dry eye syndrome. Methods Patients (108 cases) with post-cataract surgery dry eye syndrome in the Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were divided into control (52 cases) and treatment (56 cases) group by random number table method. Patient in the control group were administered with Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops, 1 drop/time, six times daily. Patient in the treatment group were po administered with Fuming Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patient in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the symptom relief time, the scores of SIT, BUT and FL, inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 in tears, and NEI-VFQ-25 scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.61%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptom relief time of patients in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, SIT and BUT in two groups were significantly improved, but FL scores were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the levels of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the concentrations of IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 in tears were decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the concentration of inflammatory cytokines in tears in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, GH, GV, OP, NV, DV, SF, MH, RD, Dep, Dri of NEI-VFQ-25 scores in two groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuming Pian combined with Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops is highly effective in treating post-cataract surgery dry eye syndrome, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve tear secretion, tear film stability, lower inflammatory cytokine levels, improve vision-related quality of life, and has high safety.
