目的 探讨养正合剂联合利可君片治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法 纳入2023年3月—2025年3月亳州市人民医院收治的82例化疗后白细胞减少症患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各41例。对照组餐后30 min口服利可君片，20 mg/次，3次/d。在对照组基础上，治疗组晨起空腹及睡前口服养正合剂，20 mL/次，3次/d。两组患者均连续给药14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状改善时间，简式抑郁–焦虑–压力量表（DASS-21）、中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表（C-SUPPH）和36项健康调查简表（SF-36）评分，及白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞绝对计数（ANC）和血清粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率（95.12%）明显高于对照组（80.49%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，与对照组相比，治疗组神疲乏力、头晕目眩、五心烦热等症状改善时间均明显缩短（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组DASS-21评分明显减少，C-SUPPH和SF-36评分明显增加（P＜0.05）；且治疗组各评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗后，两组WBC、ANC和血清G-CSF水平均显著升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组各指标水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 化疗后白细胞减少症采用养正合剂联合利可君片治疗，安全性良好，能有效促进WBC、ANC回升，减轻躯体症状，改善心身状态，提升患者自我管理能力与生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangzheng Mixture combined with Leucogen Tablets in treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy. Methods Patients (82 cases) with leukopenia after chemotherapy in Bozhou People′s Hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 41 cases. Patient in the control group were po administered with Leucogen Tablets 30 min after meals, 20 mg/time, three times daily. Patient in the treatment group were po administered with Yangzheng Mixture on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Patient in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the symptom improvement time, the scores of DASS-21, C-SUPPH and SF-36, and the levels of WBC, ANC and G-CSF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group (95.12%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.49%, P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the improvement time for symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and five upset fever in the treatment group was significantly shortened (P < 0.05). After treatment, the DASS-21 scores of both groups decreased significantly, while the C-SUPPH and SF-36 scores increased significantly (P < 0.05). And the treatment group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBC, ANC and serum G-CSF in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the levels of indicators in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yangzheng Mixture combined with Leucogen Tablets is safe in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy, which can effectively promote the recovery of WBC and ANC, reduce physical symptoms, improve psychosomatic state, and improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients.
