鞣花酸是一种天然多酚化合物,广泛分布于水果和坚果中。鞣花酸可通过减轻神经炎症损伤、降低氧化应激、影响细胞凋亡、调控神经传导过程发挥神经保护作用机制,并用于治疗阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、缺血再灌注损伤等神经系统疾病。总结了鞣花酸的神经保护作用及其治疗神经系统疾病的研究进展,以期为进一步的应用提供参考。

Ellagic acid is a natural polyphenolic compound widely distributed in fruits and nuts. Ellagic acid can exert neuroprotective effects by reducing neuroinflammatory damage, lowering oxidative stress, affecting cell apoptosis, and regulating nerve conduction processes, and is used to treat neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article summarizes the neuroprotective effects of ellagic acid and its research progress in treating neurological diseases, in order to provide reference for further applications.
