恶性肿瘤已经成为了全球健康的棘手问题,但传统的癌症治疗方法存在着严重的不良反应。肉桂中化学成分复杂,其发挥抗肿瘤作用中涉及到了多条信号传导通路,如丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路、巨大细胞癌症母细胞/β-连环蛋白信号通路、酪氨酸激酶/转录因子信号通路、糖酵解代谢通路、自噬代谢通路。总结了肉桂中活性成分抗肿瘤作用的信号通路研究进展,为肉桂抗肿瘤作用机制的研究提供参考。

Malignant tumors have become a pressing global health issue, yet traditional cancer treatments are plagued by severe side effects. Cinnamomi Cortex contains complex chemical components, and its anti-tumor effects involve multiple signaling pathways, such as the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, the phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/ Akt) signaling pathway, the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, the tyrosine kinase/transcription factor (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway, as well as the glycolysis and autophagy metabolic pathways. This article summarizes the research progress on the signaling pathways of active components in Cinnamomi Cortex for anti-tumor effects, providing a reference for studying the mechanisms of Cinnamomi Cortex’s antitumor action.
