目的 探究银丹心脑通软胶囊联合丁苯酞在急性脑梗死临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 连续纳入石家庄市第二医院2022年4月—2024年6月接收急性脑梗死患者160例，依据治疗方案分为对照组（n=80）与治疗组（n=80）。对照组静脉滴注丁苯酞氯化钠注射液，25 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组患者在对照组的基础上口服银丹心脑通软胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者治疗2周。对比两组总有效率以及治疗前后NIHSS评分和BI评分，同时检测丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、视锥蛋白样蛋白1（VILIP-1）和甲壳质酶蛋白-40（YKL-40）水平。结果 总有效率：治疗组vs对照组（93.75%vs 82.50%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组NIHSS评分、血清MDA、VILIP-1、YKL-40水平都低于组内治疗前，而BI评分、GSH-Px、SOD水平都高于组内治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组改善较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者经银丹心脑通软胶囊和丁苯酞联合疗效显著，可促进神经缺损功能恢复、纠正氧化应激状态、降低血清VILIP-1、YKL-40水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules combined with butylphthalide in the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Hospital of Shijiazhuang from April 2022 to June 2024 were continuously included and divided into control group (n = 80) and treatment group (n = 80) according to the treatment plan. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride Injection, 25 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The total effective rates of the two groups, as well as the NIHSS scores and BI scores before and after treatment were compared. Meanwhile, the levels of MDA, GSH-Px, SOD, VILIP-1, and YKL-40 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate: Treatment group vs control group (93.75% vs 82.50%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores, serum MDA, VILIP-1, and YKL-40 levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment within the groups, while the BI scores, GSH-Px, and SOD levels were higher than those before treatment within the groups (P < 0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Yindan Xinnao Tong Soft Capsules and butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction has a remarkable therapeutic effect. It can promote the recovery of neurological defect function, correct the oxidative stress state, and reduce the levels of serum VILIP-1 and YKL-40.
