抑郁障碍是当前最受关注的精神健康问题之一,病理机制关键环节尚未阐明,临床诊疗指南亦未统一,实践中存在差异。橙皮苷是一种二氢黄酮类化合物,抗抑郁的作用机制包括调节神经递质、调节神经突触可塑性、调节脑源性神经营养因子、抑制神经炎症、调节肠–脑轴、抑制氧化应激和调控细胞信号通路。综述了橙皮苷抗抑郁作用机制的研究进展,旨在为橙皮苷治疗抑郁症的研发提供理论参考。

Depressive disorder is one of the most prominent mental health issues currently, with key pathological mechanisms yet to be elucidated, inconsistent clinical practice guidelines, and significant variability in real-world treatment approaches. Hesperidin is a dihydroflavonoid compound. The antidepressant mechanism of hesperidin includes regulating neurotransmitters, modulating synaptic plasticity, regulating brain-derived neurotrophic factor, inhibiting neuroinflammation, regulating gut brain axis, inhibiting oxidative stress, and regulating cellular signaling pathways. This article reviews the research progress on the antidepressant mechanism of hesperidin, providing theoretical reference for the development of hesperidin in treatment of depression.
