目的 研究益肝灵软胶囊与多烯磷脂酰胆碱协同治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果评估。方法 本研究纳入2024年2月—2025年5月于沧州市第三医院接受诊治的110例慢性乙型肝炎患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各55例。对照组口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗，治疗组患者在此基础上联合益肝灵软胶囊治疗，2粒/次，餐后30 min温水送服，3次/d。两组疗程12周。评估两组治疗效果，比较治疗前后慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系中的慢性肝炎量表（QLICD-CH）、简式抑郁–焦虑–压力量表（DASS-21）评分、肝功能指标[丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBIL）、天氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）]和血清乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸（HBV DNA）、壳多糖酶3样蛋白1（CHI3L1）、可溶性E-钙黏蛋白（sE-cadherin）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、丙二醛（MDA）水平。结果 总有效率：治疗组vs.对照组（94.55%vs. 81.82%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，各项症状（包括恶心、食欲减退、乏力、肝区不适）的改善时间治疗组都短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组QLICD-CH评分、血清GSH-Px水平都高于组内治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组DASS-21评分和血清肝功能指标（包括ALT、TBIL等）、HBV DNA、CHI3L1、sE-cadherin、MDA水平都低于组内治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 慢性乙型肝炎应用益肝灵软胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗，可发挥良好的抗病毒、抗炎及抗氧化损害效果，能有效减轻患者症状及肝损伤，促进患者心理状态和生活质量改善，且具备较佳的安全性。

Objective To study the clinical effect evaluation of Yiganling Soft Capsules combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were diagnosed and treated at Cangzhou Third Hospital from February 2024 to May 2025 were included in this study. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in control group were po administered with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules, 2 capsules each time, 3 times daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Yiganling Soft Capsules with warm water on basis of control group, 2 capsules each time, 30 min after meals, 3 times daily. The treatment course for both groups was 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement time of two groups were observed, and QLICD-CH scores, DASS-21 scores, liver function indicators (ALT, TBIL, AST) and HBV DNA, CHI3L1, sE-cadherin GSH-Px, and MDA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate: Treatment group vs. control group (94.55%vs. 81.82%, P < 0.05). The improvement time of various symptoms (including nausea, loss of appetite, fatigue, and discomfort in the liver area) in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the QLICD-CH scores and serum GSH-Px levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment within the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the treatment group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the DASS-21 scores and serum liver function indicators (including ALT, TBIL), HBV DNA, CHI3L1, sE-cadherin, and MDA levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment within the groups (P < 0.05). The treatment group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with Yiganling Soft Capsules combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine can exert good antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant damage effects, effectively alleviate the symptoms and liver damage of patients, promote the improvement of patients’ psychological state and life quality, which has good safety.
