肺部感染是全球公共卫生的主要负担，针对病原学精确诊断、以病因学为导向的治疗策略是临床治疗肺部感染的主要方式。槲皮素是一种广泛存在于植物界的多酚类黄酮醇化合物，可通过抗病毒作用、抗菌作用、降低病原体毒力、减轻炎症反应、增强抗氧化能力治疗肺部感染。总结了槲皮素治疗肺部感染的药理作用研究进展，为槲皮素的临床应用提供参考。

Pulmonary infections represent a significant burden on global public health, and accurate etiological diagnosis and etiology-guided treatment strategies remain the primary approaches in clinical management. Quercetin is a widely distributed flavonol compound found in the plant kingdom, which can treat pulmonary infections through antiviral effects, antibacterial effects, pathogen virulence reduction, inflammatory response reduction, and enhance antioxidant capacity. This review summarizes the pharmacological research progress of quercetin in treating pulmonary infections, providing a reference for its clinical application.
