目的 分析2020—2024年天津市眼科医院围手术期精神药品的使用情况，为促进临床合理提供依据。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，整理天津市眼科医院2020—2024年围手术期精神药品的使用数量﹑销售金额﹑用药频度（DDDs）﹑限定日费用（DDC）及药品排序比（B/A）并进行分析。结果 天津市眼科医院2020—2024年围术期精神药品种类﹑使用总量及销售金额呈增长趋势。地佐辛注射液的DDDs排序始终排位居前列。地佐辛注射液和盐酸艾司氯胺酮注射液DDC值排序均保持前2位。只有注射用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑B/A＜1.0，其余药品B/A均≥1.0。结论 2020—2024年天津市眼科医院围手术期精神药品使用基本合理，应继续加强监管，确保临床规范用药。

Objective To analyze the use of psychotropic drugs during the perioperative period in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2020 to 2024, to provide a basis for promoting clinical rationality. Methods A retrospective analysis method was adopted to collate and analyze the usage quantity, sales amount, DDDs, DDC, and B/A of psychotropic drugs during the perioperative period in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2020 to 2024. Results The types, total usage and sales amount of perioperative psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Eye Hospital from 2020 to 2024 showed an increasing trend. The DDDs ranking of Dezocine Injection has always been among the top. The DDC values of Dezocine Injection and Esketamine Hydrochloride Injection both remained in the top two positions. Only the B/A ratio of Remimazolam Tosilate for injection was less than 1.0, while the B/A ratio of the other drugs was all greater than or equal to 1.0. Conclusion From 2020 to 2024, the use of psychotropic drugs during the perioperative period in Tianjin Eye Hospital was basically reasonable. Supervision should continue to be strengthened to ensure standardized clinical drug use.
