目的 探讨百癣夏塔热胶囊联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 收集张家港市第一人民医院2023年1月—2024年11月收治的122例带状疱疹患者，根据临床干预方案差异，将病例分为对照组和治疗组，各组纳入样本61例。对照组餐前空腹口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片，0.3 g/次，2次/d。在对照组基础上，治疗组口服百癣夏塔热胶囊，2粒/次，3次/d。两组患者疗程10 d。评估两组疗效及病情出现改善的时间。比较两组治疗3、7、10 d后疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分，治疗前后阿森斯失眠量表（AIS）、简式抑郁-焦虑-压力量表（DASS-21）和皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分及带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为96.72%，明显高于对照组的86.89%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组止疱、疼痛缓解和结痂的时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组疼痛VAS评分同组比较：治疗3、7、10 d后都低于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗组与对照组VAS评分组间比较：前者治疗3、7、10 d后都低于后者同期（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组AIS、DASS-21、DLQI评分均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组各项评分都更低（P＜0.05）。带状疱疹后遗神经痛：治疗组vs对照组（8.20% vs 21.31%，P＜0.05）。结论 采用百癣夏塔热胶囊联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹，能有效加速症状好转，减轻疼痛程度，并能明显降低疾病对睡眠质量、负性情绪体验及生活质量的影响，减少后遗神经痛的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Baixuan Xiatare Capsules combined with famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 122 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Zhangjiagang First People’s Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were collected. According to the differences in clinical intervention plans, the cases were divided into control group and treatment group, with 61 samples included in each group. Patient in control group were po administered with Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.3 g/time, twice daily. Patient in treatment group were po administered with Baixuan Xiatare Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patient in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, VAS scores after 3, 7 and 10 d, and the scores of AIS, DASS-21 and DLQI, and incidence of posthumous neuralgia in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.72%, significantly higher than that of control group (86.89%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the time for blister cessation, pain relief and scab formation in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P< 0.05). The VAS scores for pain in two groups were compared within the same group: After 3, 7, and 10 d of treatment, they were all lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). Comparison of VAS scores between treatment group and control group: The VAS scores of the former were lower than those of the latter in the same period after 3, 7, and 10 d of treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of AIS, DASS-21, and DLQI in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of each item in treatment group were even lower (P < 0.05). Postherpetic neuralgia: Treatment group vs control group (8.20% vs 21.31%, P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Baixuan Xiatare capsules and famciclovir can effectively accelerate symptom improvement of herpes zoster, reduce pain levels, and significantly reduce the impact of the disease on sleep quality, negative emotional experiences, and quality of life. It also reduces the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia.
