目的 统计天津市安定医院2023—2025年抗抑郁药使用情况并分析变化趋势，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法统计天津安定医院2023年1月—2025年12月抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）及金额排序/DDDs排序比（B/A）进行统计分析与评价。结果 天津市安定医院2023—2025年抗抑郁药销售额及DDDs呈稳步上升趋势；由于新药艾司氯胺酮鼻喷雾剂的上市销售，2025年的DDC值变化较大，伏硫西汀的DDC降幅最大；大部分药物的DDC基本保持平稳或略有下降；抗抑郁药的B/A为0.29～5.00，阿戈美拉汀、曲唑酮、米那普仑B/A远小于1.00，大多数药物的B/A接近于1.00。结论 天津市安定医院抗抑郁药使用基本合理，后期仍需加强监督管理，以保证患者合理用药。

Objective To make statistics on the use of antidepressants in Tianjin Anding Hospital from 2023 to 2025 and analyze the trend of change, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The sales amount of antidepressants from January 2023 to December 2025 in the information system of Tianjin Anding Hospital was analyzed retrospectively, and the DDDs, DDC, and B/A were calculated. Results From 2023 to 2025, the consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants showed an overall increasing trend. Due to the launch of the new drug Esketamine Nasal Spray, the DDC value in 2025 changed significantly. The DDC of vortioxetine decreased the most, the DDC of most drugs remained stable or slightly decline. The B/A ratio of antidepressants ranged from 0.29 to 5.00. The B/A ratio of agomelatine, trazodone, and milnacipran was much less than 1.00, while that of most drugs was close to 1.00. Conclusion The use of antidepressants in Tianjin Anding Hospital is basically reasonable, and supervision and management should be strengthened in the later stage to ensure the rational drug use by patients.
