目的 探讨七参连湿疹膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年1月～12月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的慢性湿疹患者100例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组给予地奈德乳膏，均匀外涂于患处治疗，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上给予七参连湿疹膏，均匀外涂于患处治疗。两组均持续治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分和湿疹面积及严重度指数（EASI）评分，皮肤屏障功能皮肤油脂含量（SC）、角质层含水量（WCSC）和经皮水分流失量（TEWL），及免疫球蛋白（IgE）和嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者总有效率较对照组显著升高（96.00% vs 84.00%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组DLQI和EASI评分较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组评分较对照组降低更为明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组TEWL较治疗前明显降低，而SC和WCSC明显升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组患者皮肤屏障功能较对照组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组IgE和EOS较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组患者IgE及EOS较对照组降低更为显著（P＜0.05）。结论 七参连湿疹膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效较佳，能有效减轻湿疹程度及减少湿疹面积，改善机体变态反应，加速皮肤功能修复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qishenlian Shizhen Cream combined with Desonide Cream in treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Patients (100 cases) with chronic eczema from January 2024 to December were divided into control and treatment group by random number table method, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in control group were administered with Desonide Cream evenly to the affected area, twice daily. Patients in treatment group were administered with Qishenlian Shizhen Cream evenly to the affected area on the basis of the control group. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, and the the scores of DLQI and EASI, skin barrier function indexes TEWL, SC and WCSC levels, and the levels of IgE and EOS in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.00% vs 84.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the DLQI and EASI scores in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were decreased more significantly compared with the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, TEWL in two groups was significantly decreased compared with before treatment, while SC and WCSC were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The skin barrier function of patients in the treatment group was improved more significantly than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, IgE and EOS in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the IgE and EOS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qishenlian Shizhen Cream combined with Desonide Cream has a better curative effect on chronic eczema, which can effectively reduce the degree and area of eczema, improve the allergic reaction of the body and accelerate the repair of skin function.
