目的 探讨苏黄止咳胶囊与盐酸莫西沙星片联用在肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的治疗疗效。方法 选取2023年6月—2025年1月上海交通大学医学院附属第六人民医院感染科门诊收治的96例肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽患者,以随机数字表法分组,设对照组和治疗组,每组均纳入48例患者。对照组口服盐酸莫西沙星片,1片/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上温水送服苏黄止咳胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。疗程均为14 d。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状、咳嗽程度、血清炎症因子。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的77.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。,两组治疗后咳嗽视觉模拟量表(VAS)、咳嗽程度(CET)评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的VAS、CET评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10水平均降低,血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平升高(P<0.05),治疗组血清炎症因子水平改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。结论 苏黄止咳胶囊与盐酸莫西沙星片联合治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽具有显著疗效,可有效缩短患者咳嗽缓解和消失时间,显著改善患者的呼吸道临床症状,有效下调机体血清炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of Suhuang Zhike Capsules and Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods A total of 96 patients with cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the outpatient department of the Infectious Diseases Department of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from June 2023 to January 2025 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given oral Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablets/time, once daily. The treatment group was administered Suhuang Zhike Capsules with warm water on the basis of the control group's regimen, 3 capsules/time, 3 times daily. The treatment course was 14 d for two groups. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, cough severity, and serum inflammatory factors of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was higher than 77.08% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the cough relief time and cough disappearance time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The cough visual analog scale (VAS) and cough severity (CET) scores of two groups were decreased after treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-2, IL-4, and IL-10 in two groups were decreased, while the serum level of γ-interferon (IFN-γ) was increased (P < 0.05), and the improvement degree of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group was more significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Suhuang Zhike Capsules and Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets has significant therapeutic effects on cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, effectively shortening the time for cough relief and disappearance, improving clinical symptoms, and regulating levels of inflammatory factors.
