目的 探讨羚羊角胶囊联合吡仑帕奈片治疗癫痫的疗效。方法 将南阳市中心医院在2022年9月—2025年3月收治的98例癫痫患者作为研究对象，所有癫痫患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组49例。对照组口服吡仑帕奈片，1次/d，初始剂量1片/次，1周后调整为维持剂量2片/次。治疗组在对照组基础上口服羚羊角胶囊，4粒/次，1次/d。两组患者连续治疗6个月。比较两组的治疗效果、症状发作情况、智力情况、脑电图、血清指标。结果 对照组的总有效率为83.67%，治疗组的总有效率为95.92%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后癫痫发作频率和平均持续时间均明显降低（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后的癫痫发作频率和平均持续时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的成人韦氏智力量表（WAIS-RC）评分显著升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗后WAIS-RC评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的α、β频段功率显著升高，δ、θ频段功率显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的α、β频段功率高于对照组，δ、θ频段功率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的血清白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、胶质纤维酸性蛋白（GFAP）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）水平均明显降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗后的血清IL-1β、GFAP、NSE水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 羚羊角胶囊联合吡仑帕奈片可提高癫痫的疗效，改善智力情况和脑部神经网络功能，减轻癫痫症状和神经损伤。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Lingyangjiao Capsules combined with Perampanel Tablets in treatment of epilepsy. Methods The study included 98 patients with epilepsy admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from September 2022 to March 2025. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table, 49 cases in each group. The control group was orally administered Perampanel Tablets at an initial dose of 1 tablets per day, with a maintenance dose of 2 tablets per dose after one week. The treatment group received oral administration of Lingyangjiao Capsules on the base of the control group at 4 capsules per day, once daily. Two groups underwent continuous treatment for 6 months. The therapeutic effects, seizure episodes, intellectual status, electroencephalograms, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 83.67%, while that of the treatment group was 95.92%, with a statistically significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and average duration of seizures in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the frequency and average duration of seizures in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the adult Wechsler Intelligence Scale (WAIS-RC) scores of two groups significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the WAIS-RC scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the power in the α and β frequency bands significantly increased in two groups, while the power in the δ and θ frequency bands significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The α and β frequency band powers of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, while the δ and θ frequency band powers were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-1β, GFAP, and NSE in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Lingyangjiao Capsules and Perampanel Tablets can improve the efficacy of epilepsy, improve intelligence and brain neural network function, alleviate epileptic symptoms and neural damage.
