糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病引起的常见眼部并发症。目前治疗手段大多为侵入性给药或手术，治疗成本高，不良反应累积。中药活性成分可通过抑制炎症和氧化应激、改善微血管异常和修复视网膜微环境、调节糖脂代谢以及其他途径改善糖尿病视网膜病变。综述了中药活性成分治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的药理作用研究进展，旨在为研发更安全、有效的创新型抗糖尿病视网膜病变药物提供参考。

Diabetes retinopathy is a common ocular complication caused by diabetes. At present, most treatment methods are invasive drug administration or surgery, with high treatment costs and accumulated adverse reactions. The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine can improve diabetes retinopathy by inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress, improving microvascular abnormalities, repairing retinal microenvironment, regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and other ways. This article reviews the research progress of pharmacological effects of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetes retinopathy, aiming to provide a reference for the development of more safe and effective innovative anti-diabetic retinopathy drugs.
