骨关节炎是中老年人群最常见的慢性退行性关节疾病，当前临床治疗仍以对症缓解为主。黄芪甲苷可通过抗炎作用、抗氧化作用、减轻细胞外基质降解、抑制铁死亡、激活软骨细胞自噬、调控骨代谢发挥骨关节炎防治作用。总结了黄芪甲苷防治骨关节炎的药理作用研究进展，以期为黄芪甲苷的深入研究和临床转化提供参考。

Osteoarthritis is the most common chronic degenerative joint disease among middle-aged and elderly populations, with current clinical treatments primarily focused on symptomatic relief. Astragaloside IV exerts protective effects against osteoarthritis through anti-inflammatory effects, antioxidant effects, inhibition of extracellular matrix degradation, suppression of ferroptosis, activation of chondrocyte autophagy, and regulation of bone metabolism. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of astragaloside IV in the prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis, aiming to provide references for further studies and clinical applications of astragaloside IV.
