目的 探讨淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊联合依降钙素注射液治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 选取沧州市中心医院2023年2月—2026年1月收治的122例骨质疏松症患者，以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各61组。对照组肌肉注射依降钙素注射液，10单位/次，每周2次。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊，2粒/次，3次/d。两组持续治疗24周。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、运动能力、骨密度、血清指标。结果 对照组、治疗组的总有效率分别为75.41%、90.16%，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的6 m步行速度高于治疗前，数字疼痛量表（NRS）评分明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组的6 m步行速度比对照组更高，治疗组的NRS评分比对照组更低（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的大粗隆、腰椎L2-4的骨密度均明显升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的大粗隆、腰椎L2-4的骨密度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清骨形态发生蛋白-2（BMP-2）、骨保护素（OPG）水平高于治疗前，血清骨桥蛋白（OPN）水平低于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后治疗组的血清BMP-2、OPG水平比对照组更高，血清OPN水平比对照组更低（P＜0.05）。结论 淫羊藿总黄酮胶囊联合依降钙素注射液可提高骨质疏松症的治疗效果，进一步减轻疼痛程度，改善运动能力，提高骨密度，调控骨代谢水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Epimedium Total Flavonoid Capsules combined with Elcatonin Injection in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods A total of 122 patients with osteoporosis admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from February 2023 to January 2026 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 61 groups in each group. The control group received intramuscular injection of Elcatonin Injection, 10 units/time, twice weekly. The treatment group received oral administration of Epimedium Total Flavonoid Capsules in addition to the control group, 2 capsules/time, 3 times daily. Two groups were treated continuously for 24 weeks. The clinical efficacy, pain level, exercise ability, bone density, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 75.41% and 90.16%, respectively, with significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the 6-meter walking speed of two groups increased, but the NRS score significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The 6-meter walking speed of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the NRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bone density of the greater trochanter and lumbar spine L2-4 in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The bone density of the large trochanter and lumbar spine L2-4 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) increased in two groups, while the serum level of osteopontin (OPN) decreased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of BMP-2 and OPG in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the serum OPN levels were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Epimedium Total Flavonoid Capsules combined with Elcatonin Injection can improve the therapeutic effect of osteoporosis, further reduce pain, improve exercise ability, increase bone density, and regulate bone metabolism levels.
