皮肤肿瘤主要包括黑色素瘤、非黑色素瘤皮肤癌，常用治疗药物包括化疗药物、靶向药物和免疫检查点抑制剂等。白藜芦醇可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、阻止肿瘤侵袭和转移、抑制血管形成、调控氧化应激反应、减轻皮肤炎性损伤、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、调控免疫功能、联合增敏发挥抗皮肤肿瘤的作用。总结了白藜芦醇治疗皮肤肿瘤的药理作用研究进展，以期为其向临床皮肤科抗肿瘤辅助用药的转化提供依据。

Skin tumors mainly include melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer. The commonly used therapeutic drugs for skin tumors include chemotherapy drugs, targeted drugs, and immune checkpoint inhibitors. Resveratrol can exert anti-skin tumors effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, preventing tumor invasion and metastasis, suppressing angiogenesis, regulating oxidative stress response, alleviating skin inflammatory damage, promoting tumor cell apoptosis, regulating immune function, and combining sensitization. This article summarizes the research progress on the pharmacological effects of resveratrol in treatment of skin tumors, in order to provide a basis for the transformation of resveratrol into clinical dermatological anti-tumor adjuvant drugs.
