硫酸镁从既往的解痉、镇痛辅助用药逐渐转变为具备多靶点作用机制的潜在器官保护药物。硫酸镁可通过调控离子稳态、抑制炎症进程、拮抗氧化应激发挥心脏、脑、肺、肾脏保护作用。总结了硫酸镁围术期多器官保护的作用机制和临床研究进展，以期为硫酸镁的机制研究、临床精准应用提供支撑和新思路。

Magnesium sulfate has gradually transformed from a traditional antispasmodic and analgesic adjuvant drug to a potential organ protective drug with a multi-target mechanism of action. Magnesium sulfate can exert protective effects on the heart, brain, lungs, and kidneys by regulating ion homeostasis, inhibiting inflammatory processes, and antagonizing oxidative stress. This article summarizes the mechanism and clinical research progress of perioperative multiorgan protection of magnesium sulfate, in order to provide support and new ideas for the mechanism research and precise clinical application of magnesium sulfate.
