特应性皮炎是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，发病机制复杂，临床治疗面临挑战。芹菜素可通过修复皮肤屏障功能、调控免疫炎症反应、改善皮肤微生态紊乱、缓解皮肤瘙痒和神经敏感发挥抗特应性皮炎作用。总结了芹菜素治疗特应性皮炎的药理作用研究进展，旨在为芹菜素的临床应用提供参考。

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder with complex pathogenesis and challenging clinical management. Apigenin exerts anti-atopic dermatitis effects by repairing skin barrier function, regulating immune inflammatory responses, ameliorating cutaneous microecological disturbance, and relieving cutaneous pruritus and neuronal hypersensitivity. This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of apigenin in treating atopic dermatitis, aiming to provide a reference for its clinical application.
