目的 探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合他克莫司治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年9月—2025年9月石家庄市第二医院收治的皮肤瘙痒症患者共86例，患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组43例。对照组患者均匀涂抹他克莫司软膏于患处，0.1 g/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服润燥止痒胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者持续治疗4周。比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量、症状体征改善情况、血清指标。结果 治疗组的总有效率为95.35%，对照组的总有效率为81.40%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的皮肤病生活质量量表（DLQI）评分均显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组的DLQI评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的发作频次、平均持续时间、继发皮损面积均明显降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组治疗后的发作频次、平均持续时间、继发皮损面积均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的血清组胺、总IgE水平显著降低，血清白细胞介素-2水平显著升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组的血清组胺、总IgE水平低于对照组，血清白细胞介素-2水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 润燥止痒胶囊联合他克莫司软膏可提高皮肤瘙痒症的疗效，提高生活质量，减轻瘙痒症状和继发体征，减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with Tacrolimus Ointments in treatment of skin pruritus. Methods 86 Patients with skin pruritus admitted to Shijiazhuang Second Hospital from September 2024 to September 2025 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group evenly applied Tacrolimus Ointments to the affected area, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. The treatment group took orally Runzao Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of treatment in the control group, 4 capsules/time, 3 times daily. Two groups of patients continued treatment for 4 weeks. The treatment efficacy, quality of life, improvement of symptoms and signs, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95.35% and 81.40%, with significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Skin Disease Quality of Life Scale (DLQI) scores in two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the DLQI score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of attacks, average duration, and area of secondary skin lesions in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). The frequency of attacks, average duration, and area of secondary skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of histamine and total IgE significantly decreased in two groups, while the serum level of interleukin-2 significantly increased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of histamine and total IgE in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the serum interleukin-2 level was higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules and Tacrolimus Ointments can improve the efficacy of skin pruritus, enhance quality of life, alleviate itching symptoms and secondary signs, and reduce inflammatory reactions.
