目的 探讨小金胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法 将中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院在2025年1—12月收治的150例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象，患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组75例。对照组月经第2～5天口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片，1片/次，1次/d，持续服用21 d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服小金胶囊，6粒/次，2次/d。两组持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、症状改善时间、超声指标、血清指标。结果 治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为96.00%、86.67%，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者痛经、腹痛、肛门坠胀改善时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度和异位病灶体积均显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组的子宫内膜厚度和异位病灶体积明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、糖类抗原125（CA125）水平明显低于治疗前，血清补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3（CTRP3）水平明显高于治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗后的血清MMP-9、CA125水平明显低于对照组，血清CTRP3水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小金胶囊联合屈螺酮炔雌醇可提高子宫内膜异位症的疗效，改善临床症状，缩小病灶体积，降低炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Capsules combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods A total of 150 patients with endometriosis admitted to the 970th Hospital of the Joint Service Support force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, 75 cases per group. The control group was administered Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets orally starting from the 2nd to 5th day of menstruation, and continuing for 21 d, at a dose of 1 tablet per dose, once daily. The treatment group received additional oral Xiaojin capsules on the basis of the control group, at a dose of 6 capsules per dose, twice daily. Two groups underwent continuous treatment for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, symptom improvement time, ultrasound indicators, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.00% and 86.67%, respectively, with a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The improvement times for dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, and anal soreness in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and ectopic lesion volume in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and ectopic lesion volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) were significantly reduced in two groups, while the serum levels of complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 3 (CTRP3) were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MMP-9 and CA125 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the serum level of CTRP3 was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xiaojin Capsules and Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets can improve the efficacy in treatment of endometriosis, alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce lesion volume, and decrease inflammatory response.
