过敏性鼻炎是临床最常见的慢性鼻病之一，其病理进程涉及鼻黏膜的氧化应激损伤、炎性级联反应、免疫稳态失衡、鼻黏膜屏障功能破坏。槲皮素是天然黄酮类化合物，具有多种活性，可通过抗炎活性、抗氧化作用、免疫调节、抑制血管生成发挥多靶点的鼻保护作用。综述了槲皮素治疗过敏性鼻炎的药理作用研究进展，为槲皮素的基础研究和临床应用提供参考。

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common chronic nasal diseases in clinical practice, involving pathological processes, such as oxidative stress damage to the nasal mucosa, inflammatory cascade reactions, immune homeostasis imbalance, and disruption of nasal mucosal barrier function. Quercetin is a natural flavonoid compound. Quercetin has multiple activities and can exert multi-target nasal protective effects through anti-inflammatory activity, antioxidant activity, immune regulation, and inhibition of angiogenesis. This article reviews the pharmacological research progress of quercetin in treatment of allergic rhinitis, providing reference for the basic research and clinical application of quercetin.
