多囊卵巢综合征是育龄女性最常见的内分泌代谢疾病之一。金雀异黄素可通过抗氧化作用、抑制卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡、调节内分泌、改善胰岛素抵抗、调节脂质代谢、改善卵巢储备功能发挥治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效应。综述了金雀异黄素治疗多囊卵巢综合征的药理作用研究进展，为其临床治疗提供思路。

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine metabolic disorders among women of reproductive age. Genistein exerts therapeutic effects on PCOS through antioxidant action, inhibition of ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis, regulation of endocrine function, improvement of insulin resistance, modulation of lipid metabolism, and enhancement of ovarian reserve function. This article summarizes the pharmacological effects of genistein in treatment of PCOS, providing insights for its clinical application.
