免疫介导炎症性疾病是一组由免疫失衡引起的慢性炎症性、系统性疾病，给全球公共卫生事业带来沉重负担。白芍总苷是从白芍中提取的一组单萜苷类化合物混合物，可通过调节免疫、抗炎、抗氧化、保护肝脏、骨保护用于免疫介导的炎症性皮肤病、炎症性肠病、关节炎、结缔组织病以及其他炎症性疾病的临床治疗。总结了白芍总苷治疗免疫介导炎症性疾病的作用机制和临床应用研究进展，以期为白芍总苷治疗免疫介导炎症性疾病的深入研究和临床转化提供依据。

Immune-mediated inflammatory diseases are a group of chronic inflammatory, systemic disorders caused by immune imbalance, placing a heavy burden on global public health. Total glucosides of paeony (TGP) are a group of monoterpenoid glycosides extracted from Paeoniae Radix Alba. TGP can treat immune-mediated inflammatory skin diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases, arthritis, connective tissue diseases, etc. by regulating immunity, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, liver protection, and bone protection. This article summarizes the research progress on the mechanism and clinical application of TGP in treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, in order to provide a basis for in-depth research and clinical translation of TGP in treatment of immune-mediated inflammatory diseases.
