随着经济和科技不断发展,辐射被广泛应用于各个领域,人们暴露于辐射的频率和强度逐渐增大,开发高效、低毒的天然辐射防护剂具有重要的临床价值和社会意义。黄芪甲苷是黄芪中核心活性成分,可有效减少辐射对呼吸系统、消化系统、肝脏、心血管系统、神经系统、肾脏、造血系统的损伤,其作用机制涉及调控氧化应激反应、抑制细胞凋亡、调节信号通路、改善能量代谢、抑制炎症反应和纤维化。总结了黄芪甲苷抗辐射作用的研究进展,为开发新型辐射防护药物提供依据。

With the continuous development of economy and technology, radiation has been widely used in various fields. The frequency and intensity of people’s exposure to radiation are gradually increasing. Developing efficient and low toxicity natural radiation protection agents has important clinical value and social significance. Astragaloside IV is the core active ingredient in Astragali Radix. Astragaloside IV can effectively reduce radiation damage to the respiratory system, digestive system, liver, cardiovascular system, nervous system, kidneys, and hematopoietic system. Its mechanism of action involves regulating oxidative stress response, inhibiting cell apoptosis, modulating signaling pathways, improving energy metabolism, inhibiting inflammatory response, and fibrosis. This article summarizes the research progress on the anti-radiation effects of Astragaloside IV, providing a basis for the development of new radioprotective drugs.
