前列腺癌是全球男性中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其本质上是“免疫冷肿瘤”，重塑肿瘤免疫微环境的免疫平衡已成为提升前列腺癌治疗效果的核心策略。黄芪甲苷是传统补气中药黄芪中主要活性成分之一，是一个关键的肿瘤免疫微环境重塑因子。黄芪甲苷可通过激活抗瘤免疫、抑制促瘤免疫调控前列腺癌肿瘤的肿瘤免疫微环境。总结了黄芪甲苷调控肿瘤免疫微环境治疗前列腺癌的研究进展，为黄芪甲苷作为免疫增敏剂用于前列腺癌治疗的临床转化提供研究思路。

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors among men worldwide. Prostate cancer is essentially an "immune cold tumor", therefore reshaping the immune balance of the tumor immune microenvironment has become the core strategy for improving the efficacy of prostate cancer. Astragaloside IV is one of the main active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine Astragali Radix, which is a key tumor immune microenvironment remodeling factor. Astragaloside IV can regulate the tumor immune microenvironment of prostate cancer tumors by activating anti-tumor immunity and inhibiting pro-tumor immunity. This article summarizes the research progress on regulation of tumor immune microenvironment by Astragaloside IV in treatment of prostate cancer, providing research ideas for the clinical translation of Astragaloside IV as an immune sensitizer for treatment of prostate cancer.
