目的 探讨康莱特注射液联合西妥昔单抗注射液治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年4月—2026年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的结直肠癌患者共120例,所有患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组静脉滴注西妥昔单抗注射液,首次剂量400 mg/m2,之后剂量250 mg/m2,1次/周。治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注康莱特注射液,2支/次,1次/d。21 d为1个疗程。患者持续完成3个疗程。比较两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量、肿瘤标志物。结果 治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为88.33%、73.33%,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组NHP评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)、CD44均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤毒性、肝胆功能障碍、胃肠道反应、头痛的发生例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 康莱特注射液联合西妥昔单抗注射液可提高结直肠癌的近期疗效,改善患者生活质量,降低肿瘤标志物的水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kanglaite Injection combined with Cetuximab Solution for infusion in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 120 Patients with colorectal cancer at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2023 to March 2026 were selected. All patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received intravenous infusion of Cetuximab Solution for infusion, with an initial dose of 400 mg/m2 and subsequent doses of 250 mg/m2, once weekly. The treatment group received intravenous infusion of Kanglaite Injection on the basis of the control group, 2 tubes/time, once daily. One course of treatment was 21 days, and the patient completed three consecutive courses of treatment. The short-term efficacy, quality of life, and tumor markers between two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.33% and 73.33%, respectively, with significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Nottingham Health Programme (NHP) scores of two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the NHP score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), carbohydrate antigen 72-4 (CA72-4), and CD44 in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of CA19-9, CA72-4, and CD44 in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of skin toxicity, liver and gallbladder dysfunction, gastrointestinal reactions, and headache in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kanglaite Injection combined with Cetuximab Solution for infusion can improve the short-term efficacy of colorectal cancer, improve patients’ quality of life, and reduce the level of tumor markers.
