[摘要]
目的 观察生血宁片联合富马酸亚铁咀嚼片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月—2025年1月北京航天总医院收治的110例妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各55例。对照组口服富马酸亚铁咀嚼片,4 片/次,3次/d。治疗组富马酸亚铁咀嚼片给药方案同对照组,同时口服生血宁片,轻度贫血2片/次,2次/d;中度贫血2片/次,3次/d。两组连续服用4周。对比两组治疗总有效率、血常规指标、铁代谢指标、不良妊娠事件发生率。结果 治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率96.36%,高于对照组85.45%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组血红蛋白、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)均较本组治疗前显著升高(P<0.01);且治疗组各项指标显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)均显著升高(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组SF、SI、TSAT高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组不良妊娠发生率3.64%,低于对照组14.55%(P<0.05)。结论 生血宁片联合富马酸亚铁咀嚼片可显著改善妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕妇血常规与铁代谢指标,提升临床疗效,降低不良妊娠发生风险,且不增加胃肠道不良反应,临床推广价值较高。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengxuening Tablets combined with ferrous fumarate in treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods A total of 110 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy who were admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected. They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given Ferrous Fumarate Saccharide Tablets orally, 4 tablets per dose, 3 times daily. Patients in treatment group received the same Ferrous Fumarate Saccharide Tablets dosage as the control group, while also taking Shengxuening Tablets. For mild anemia, 2 tablets per dose, 2 times daily, for moderate anemia, 2 tablets per dose, 3 times daily. Both groups took the medication for 4 consecutive weeks. The total treatment effectiveness rate, blood routine indicators, iron metabolism indicators, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy events were compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.36%, which was higher than that of control group (85.45%). The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the hemoglobin, red blood cell count (RBC), mean red blood cell volume (MCV), and mean red blood cell hemoglobin content (MCH) of both groups significantly increased compared to those before treatment in same group (P < 0.01), and the indicators of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.01). After treatment, the serum ferritin (SF), serum iron (SI), and transferrin saturation (TSAT) of both groups significantly increased (P < 0.01), and after treatment, the SF, SI, and TSAT of treatment group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.01). The incidence of adverse pregnancy in treatment group was 3.64%, which was lower than that of control group (14.55%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shengxuening Tablets combined with Ferrous Fumarate Chewable Tablets can significantly improve the blood routine and iron metabolism indicators of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy, enhance clinical efficacy, reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy, and do not increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
