目的 探讨松龄血脉康胶囊联合替格瑞洛片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年6月—2025年6月四川护理职业学院附属医院心血管科收治的150例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者，按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各75例。对照组患者给予口服替格瑞洛片，90 mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上口服松龄血脉康胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d。两组用药28 d。观察两组疗效情况，比较两组中医症状积分、西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）、视觉模拟疼痛量表（VAS）、简单健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、心排血量（CO）、每搏输血量（SV）、血管细胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、单核细胞趋化因子-1（MCP-1）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率（96.00%）显著高于对照组（86.67%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组胸痛积分、心悸积分、气短乏力积分、胸闷积分均较同组治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，治疗组胸痛积分、心悸积分、气短乏力积分、胸闷积分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者SAQ、SF-36评分显著升高，而VAS降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，与对照组对比，治疗组的SAQ评分、SF-36评分均升高，且治疗组VAS评分降低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者LVEF、CO、SV升高，LVEDD降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，与对照组对比，治疗组LVEF、CO、SV指标均升高，且治疗组的LVEDD指标降低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清VCAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、MMP-9水平均显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，与对照组对比，治疗组VCAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、MMP-9水平均降低（P＜0.05）。结论 松龄血脉康胶囊联合替格瑞洛片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛效果显著，明显改善心功能，并能降低炎性反应，有效提升生活质量，值得借鉴与应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with ticagrelor in treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College Affiliated Hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group patients were given oral Ticagrelor Tablets, 90 mg each time, twice daily. The treatment group was given oral Songling Xuemaikang Capsules in addition to the treatment of the control group, 3 capsules each time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated for 28 d. The therapeutic effects of two groups was observed, and Chinese medical symptom scores, Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ), Visual Analogue Pain Scale (VAS), Simple Health Status Survey (SF-36) scores, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), homocysteine (Hcy), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) levels of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath and fatigue, and chest tightness in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath and fatigue, and chest tightness in treatment group were all lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SAQ and SF-36 scores of the patients in both groups significantly increased, but the VAS score decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with control group, SAQ score and SF-36 score of treatment group were both increased, and VAS score of treatment group decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the LVEF, CO, SV of patients in both groups increased, and LVEDD decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with control group, the LVEF, CO, SV indicators of treatment group were all increased, but the LVEDD indicator of treatment group decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum VCAM-1, Hcy, MCP-1, and MMP-9 in both groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with control group, the levels of VCAM-1, Hcy, MCP-1, and MMP-9 in treatment group were all decreased (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules and Ticagrelor Tablets has a remarkable effect in treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and can significantly improve cardiac function, can reduce inflammatory responses, and effectively enhances the quality of life. It is worthy of being studied and applied.
