[摘要]
目的 建立不同产地三七中多指标成分定量、化学计量学和加权TOPSIS法评价不同产地三七的质量。方法 采用HPLC法测定15批三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rd,同时测定水分、浸出物、总灰分、重金属、有害元素;结合化学计量学、加权TOPSIS模型对不同产地三七的质量差异进行评价。结果 不同产地三七中各项指标的差异较大。聚类分析、主成分分析结果表明15批三七样品分为2类;提取3个主成分,代表了11个指标75.350%的信息;正交偏最小二乘判别分析筛选出4个质量差异成分,依次为铜、浸出物、总灰分、铅;加权TOPSIS排序结果显示,文山州文山市产三七样品整体质量较优。结论 建立的多指标成分定量结合化学计量学评价方法可为三七的质量控制提供参考。

Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multicomponent quantification, chemometrics, and weighted TOPSIS method for evaluating the quality of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different origins. Methods The contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, and ginsenoside Rd in 15 batches of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma were determined using HPLC method, and the contents of moisture, extract, total ash, and heavy metals and harmful elements were also determined. Chemometrics and the weighted TOPSIS model were employed to evaluate the quality of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different origins. Results There were significant differences in various indicators of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different origins. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the 15 batches of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma samples were divided into 2 categories. 3 Principal components were extracted, representing 75.350% of the information for 11 indicators. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis identified four components with quality differences, namely copper, leachate, total ash, and lead. The weighted TOPSIS ranking results showed that the overall quality of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma samples produced in Wenshan City, Wenshan Prefecture exhibited superior quality. Conclusion The established multicomponent quantification combined with chemometrics evaluation method can provide reference for the quality control of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma.
