肝纤维化是多种慢性肝病进展为肝硬化和肝功能衰竭的关键病理环节,其病理过程复杂。山柰酚通过抗炎作用、免疫调节作用、抗氧化应激作用、抑制肝星状细胞活化和增殖、调节细胞死亡和自噬、改善代谢紊乱多靶点、多通路协同抗肝纤维化。总结了山柰酚抗肝纤维化的研究进展,为药物防治肝纤维化提供参考。

Liver fibrosis is a key pathological link in the progression of various chronic liver diseases to cirrhosis and liver failure with a complex pathological process. Kaempferol can synergistically resist liver fibrosis through anti-inflammatory effects, immune regulation, antioxidant stress response, inhibition of hepatic stellate cell activation and proliferation, regulation of cell death and autophagy, improvement of metabolic disorders, and multi-target and multi pathway synergistic effects. This article summarizes the research progress on the anti-liver fibrosis effect of kaempferol, providing reference for drug prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.
