目的 统计天津市安定医院 2021—2025年抗精神病药使用情况并对近年变化的趋势进行有效分析，为临床医师提供一定的安全用药参考依据。方法 采用回顾性分析方法统计天津安定医院2021年1月—2025年12月抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）及金额排序/DDDs，即排序比（B/A）进行统计分析后进行评价。结果 天津市安定医院2021—2025年抗精神病药销售额及DDDs呈先升后降再回升的波动趋势；DDDs整体呈“小幅波动、稳中有升”的趋势；大部分药物的DDC基本保持稳定，存在一定波动；抗精神病药的B/A为0.20～3.80，呈现明显的品类分化特征：传统典型抗精神病药整体B/A值＞1，非典型口服抗精神病药中，氯氮平历年B/A值均在2以上，接受度最优；奥氮平B/A值1.00升至2.00～3.00，性价比显著提升；利培酮、喹硫平、氨磺必利B/A值长期＞1，市场接受度稳定。结论 天津市安定医院抗精神病药使用符合用药规范，年用量在合理区间，后续应加强长效制剂规范化推广与重点品种处方管控，进一步提升精神科临床合理用药水平。

Objective To analyze the utilization trend of antipsychotic drugs in Tianjin Anding Hospital from 2021 to 2025, so as to provide reference for safe clinical medication. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the sales volume, DDDs, DDC, and B/A of antipsychotic drugs used in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2025. Relevant evaluation was carried out based on the statistical results. Results The sales revenue and DDDs of antipsychotic drugs showed a fluctuating trend of rising first, then declining and rebounding afterwards. Overall, DDDs presented a mild fluctuation with a steady increase. The DDC of most drugs remained relatively stable with minor variations. The B/A values of all antipsychotic drugs ranged from 0.20 to 3.80, indicating obvious inter-drug differences. The overall B/A values of typical antipsychotic drugs were higher than 1. Among oral atypical antipsychotics, clozapine maintained a B/A value above 2 throughout the study period with the highest clinical acceptance. The B/A value of olanzapine increased from 1.00 to 2.00 — 3.00, reflecting a remarkable improvement in cost-performance. Risperidone, quetiapine and amisulpride consistently had B/A values above 1 with stable market acceptance. Conclusion The application of antipsychotic drugs in Tianjin Anding Hospital complies with clinical medication guidelines, and the annual consumption is within a reasonable range. It is suggested to standardize the promotion of long-acting preparations and strengthen prescription management of key varieties, so as to further promote rational clinical medication in psychiatry department.
