目的 探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿昔洛韦片治疗疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法 选择新乡市第四人民医院在2023年5月—2026年4月收治的疱疹性口炎患者共120例，所有患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组60例。对照组服用阿昔洛韦片，4片/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上服用蒲地蓝消炎口服液，1支/次，3次/d。两组均以5 d为1个疗程。比较两组的临床效果、症状消失时间、生活质量、血清指标。结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.67%，对照组的总有效率为85.00%，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组的发热、淋巴结肿大、溃疡、疱疹消失时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组的口腔健康影响程度量表（OHRQOL）评分显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组OHRQOL评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）水平显著升高，白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均显著降低（P＜0.05）；治疗组血清IL-2水平明显高于对照组，IL-4、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿昔洛韦片可提高疱疹性口炎的临床疗效，改善临床症状，提高生活质量，调节炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Acyclovir Tablets in treatment of herpetic stomatitis. Methods 120 Patients with herpetic stomatitis admitted to Xinxiang No.4 People’s Hospital from May 2023 to April 2026 were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group took Acyclovir Tablets orally, 4 tablets/time, 3 times daily. The treatment group took Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid orally on the basis of the control group, 1 bottle/time, 3 times daily. The two groups were treated for 5 d. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, quality of life, and serum indicators of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 85.00%, with significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of fever, lymph node enlargement, ulcers, and herpes in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the OHRQOL scores of two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the OHRQOL scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) significantly increased in two groups, while the serum levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The serum level of IL-2 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the levels of IL-4 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Acyclovir Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy, alleviate clinical symptoms, enhance quality of life, and regulate inflammatory response in patients with herpetic stomatitis.
