[摘要]
目的 探讨尿毒清颗粒联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗血液透析慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年4月—2026年3月广州市海珠区中医医院收治的102例血液透析慢性肾功能衰竭患者,患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各51例。对照组口服盐酸贝那普利片,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上服用尿毒清颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组持续治疗2个月。比较两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、生活质量、肾功能指标和血清指标。结果 治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(80.39%),组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组恶心、乏力、浮肿症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的生活质量指数(QL-Index)评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的QL-Index评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)明显降低,估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组的β2-MG、Cys-C低于对照组,eGFR高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清血管紧张素II(Ang II)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、热休克蛋白7(HSP70)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组血清Ang Ⅱ、HCY、HSP70水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 尿毒清颗粒联合盐酸贝那普利片可提高血液透析慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效,改善临床症状、肾功能和生活质量,减轻血管炎性损伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of chronic renal failure with hemodialysis. Methods 102 Patients with chronic renal failure with hemodialysis admitted to Guangzhou Haizhu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2023 to March 2026 were selected. Patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was po administered with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets at 1 tablets per dose, once daily. The treatment group received Niaoduqing Granules in addition to the control group regimen, at 1 bag per dose, three times daily. Two groups were treated for 2 months. Clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, quality of life, renal function indicators, and serum indicators were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (94.12%) was significantly higher than 80.39% of the control group, and the difference between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of nausea, fatigue, and edema symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the quality of life index (QL-Index) scores of two groups significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the QL-Index score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the levels of β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and cystatin C (Cys-C) were significantly reduced in two groups, but the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was significantly increased (P< 0.05). The levels of β2-MG and Cys-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while eGFR was higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of angiotensin II (Ang II), homocysteine (HCY), and heat shock protein 7 (HSP70) in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of Ang II, HCY, and HSP70 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Yuduqing Granules and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of chronic renal failure in hemodialysis, improve clinical symptoms, renal function, and quality of life, and alleviate vascular inflammatory damage.
