[摘要]
目的 探讨热毒宁注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液治疗儿童急性支气管炎的疗效。方法 选取2024年9月—2025年9月河南医药大学第一附属医院收治的84例急性支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和治疗组(42例)。对照组口服盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液,0.25 mL/kg,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注热毒宁注射液,0.5~0.8 mL/kg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液100~250 mL中稀释,1次/d。两组连续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、血气指标和血清炎症因子。结果 治疗组的总有效率95.24%高于对照组的总有效率80.95%((P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血氧饱和度(SpO2)、吸入氧浓度(FiO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、pH值升高(P<0.05),且治疗组SpO2、FiO2、PaO2、pH值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平下降,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平升高(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 热毒宁注射液联合盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液治疗儿童急性支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效,可显著缩短症状缓解时间,有助于改善患儿炎症因子水平。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Reduning Injection combined with Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods A total of 84 children with acute bronchitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical University from September 2024 to September 2025 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group (42 cases) and treatment group (42 cases) using a random number table method. The control group was treated with oral Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution at a dose of 0.25 mL/kg, twice daily. The treatment group received intravenous drip of Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group's treatment, 0.5 — 0.8 mL/kg diluted in 100 — 250 mL 5% glucose injection solution once daily. Two groups were treated continuously for 7 d. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time, blood gas indicators, and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate (95.24%) of the treatment group was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P< 0.05). The disappearance time of fever, cough, and pulmonary wet rales in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), inhaled oxygen concentration (FiO2), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), and pH value increased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the SpO2, FiO2, PaO2, and pH values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) decreased in two groups of children, while the serum level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) increased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the serum level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Reduning Injection and Procaterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution has good clinical efficacy in treatment of acute bronchitis in children, which can significantly shorten the time for symptom relief and help improve the levels of inflammatory factors in children.
